5 PAGE 4 076/ Mounting the Valve Care unit Remove cover over radiator and mount the valve care unit onto the bracket. Move bracket as close as possible to the left side. The lower hole must have a distance from ca.15mm to the beam to keep the distance between bracket and radiator. If the bracket is in the right position, mark and drill the three holes and fix the bracket with 4

7 PAGE 6 076/ Mounting the Valve Care distributor Turn original bracket up and fix distributor with a bolt M5X16,washer and nut. Cut 2 cm out of each injector hose and set in the valve care Y-pieces with hose clamps. 6

8 PAGE 7 076/ Installing the nylon hoses Install the nylon hoses like shown, use cable tube to save the hoses. Please observe that there is no damage or fouling to the hoses. 7
