6 Crossbar & Bracket Installation 1a-b. 1c. 2a-b. 1. Crossbar Installation a. Locate the center of the bay and place a crossbar between the beams. b. Measure inward 16 from the uprights and place outside crossbars between beams. c. Loosely tek screw each crossbar into the back beam at this time. The crossbars should be secure enough to prevent the crossbar from falling off the beam, but not so secure that it will prohibit lifting the front of the crossbar above the top of the beam. 2. Double Bracket Installation a. Slide double brackets through the crossbars by lifting the crossbars above the beam. b. Make sure double brackets are facing the correct direction (Note: The final track containing single brackets (located in the flue space) will be installed on the flue bar.) See image 2a-b. c. Continue until all double brackets are on the crossbars.

7 Track Installation: Stoppers 1b. 1b. 1a. 1b. 1b. 1b. 2a. 1. Stoppers a. Layout tracks facing the appropriate direction. See image 1a. (Note: Look at notches). b. Secure stopper to one end of each track. Order: Bolt, Washer, Nylon Spacer, Nylon Nut. 2. Final Track a. Slide the single brackets through the final track. Apply the final stopper to this track. See image 2a.

8 Track Installation 1a-c. 1a-c. 2a. 3a. 1. Track Installation a. Start in the back of the bay and slide tracks through the double brackets. Make sure tracks are facing the correct direction (Note: Tracks will be in pairs- The final track will be installed on the flue bar). See image 1a. b. Continue until all tracks are in the bay. c. Assemble and secure the final stopper on the tracks. See image 1c. Order: Bolt, Track, Washer, Nylon Spacer, Nylon Nut 2. Flue Bars a. Start in the front of the bay, slide the flue bars through each bottom opening on the double bracket. 3. Track Installation: Final Track a. In the back of the bay, slide the preassembled track with single brackets onto the flue bar.

9 Secure Suspension to Track 1a. 2a. 2b. 2d. 1. Properly Space Tracks a. Use two columns per track as a guide to find the proper spacing distance. See image 1a. 2. Secure brackets to crossbars/ flue bars a. Starting in the back and working towards the front of the bay, use small tek screws to secure the final track with single brackets to the flue bar. See image 2a. b. Secure the bottom of the double bracket to the flue bar. See image 2b. c. Secure the top of the bracket to the crossbar. d. Continue working in this pattern until all brackets are secured to the crossbars/flue bars. See image 2d.

10 Column Installation 1a. 1a. 2b. 2a. 1. Column Installation: 2. Webbing: a. Work from the back of the bay to the front. Use the notches in the track to slide the column axle onto the tracks. b. Proceed until the bay meets the correct configuration. a. Make sure webbing and columns are properly aligned in the bay (see picture above). 3. Store your product with SpeedCell Storage Solutions!
