14 6-25 Spray Tips ¼" Male and Female Pipe Thread Tips/Nozzles Nozzles restrict water flow sufficiently to develop the required pressure. Nozzle size therefore influences the pressure and flow rate. Nozzles also break the liquid flow into optimum sized droplets, form the spray pattern and propel the droplets in the proper direction. Note: Flow through an orifice will gradually make the hole bigger resulting in lower pressure.
