However, the ambient air taken in and compressed by the compressor is heavily contaminated by impurities. Moreover, depending on the compressor Type, the delivered air will contain oil, which is conveyed with the compressed air in fine aerosols, together with impurities from the compressed air network, e.g. rust and scale. In addition, any condensate formed must be removed from the system. The function of the OLN compressed air filter is to remove these impurities and formed condensate, thereby preventing damage to the downstream equipment. KSI Filtertechnik GmbH produces OLN compressed air filters and filter elements in-house. This ensures complete control for safeguarding our certified KSI industrial equipment quality. The heart of every compressed air filter is the filter element (element).
