1 MODULAR FUSE AND RELAY MODULES Product Outline. The modular fuse & relay power distribution unit is perfect for adding electrical circuits to cars, buses, trucks etc. There are 12 different modules available to suit components such as fuses, relays, circuit breakers & diodes. Each module accommodates a specific mix of components. This picture shows a 5 module unit assembled with a cover. Modules simply clip into the mounting frame. How to use the system. Step 1. Order the modules that will accommodate the components you require ie. fuses, relays & circuit breakers. Modules can be ordered with terminals as a kit, or terminals can be ordered separately to suit a variety of cable gauges. Step 2. Order the mounting bracket/frame to suit the quantity of modules you've chosen. rackets accommodate 1 to 2 modules. Frames accommodate 4 or 5 modules. Modules simply snap-lock into the brackets/frame. Order an optional cover to suit the bracket/frame you are using. Step 3. Order the components ie. fuses, relays, circuit breakers that you wish to use in the modules, plus any spares. Step 4. Crimp the terminals to your cables, then simply clip the terminals into the modules from below. Step 5. Fix the assembled unit to a panel using screws or bolts. Step 6. If you wish to order a module without terminals, simply remove the K suffix from the part number. Once you have selected the module(s), select a mounting option to suit your installation.
