2 FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONSFOR NON-ABS MODELS Unplug this connector 1. Remove the seat 3 Unplug the stock wiring harness from the ECU (Fig. A). Fig. A 2. Remove bolt 4 5. Fig. B Wiring Harness 6 Remove the right hand side cover. Remove the bolt for the ECM tray and lift the ECU and tray out of the way. Remove the battery completely from the bike. Route the stock wiring harness under the right hand frame tube (Fig. B). Fig. C 7. 8 Route the male connector of the PCIII harness under the right hand frame tube (Fig. C). Reinstall the battery. 3 Fig. D Fig. E Stock connector Reinstall the ECM and tray back into the stock position. Plug the into the stock ECM (Fig. D). Plug the other into the stock wiring harness (Fig. E). Secure the connectors in place with the supplied zip tie. Secure the PCIII to the side of the battery box using the supplied velcro (Fig. E) Make sure to clean both surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching. Unplug frt O2 Fig F 14 Locate the stock front O2 sensor connection. Unplug this connection (Fig. F). This connection is located between the frame down tubes in front of the oil filter Harley Touring - PCIII USB - 3

4 Fig. G 15 Plug one of the Dynojet O2 eliminators into the stock wiring harness (Fig. G). 16 Locate the stock rear O2 sensor connection. Unplug this connection (Fig. H). O2 eliminator Fig.H Unplug This connection is located near the right hand side of the starter. 17 Fig. J Note: O2 eliminator Plug one of the Dynojet O2 eliminators into the stock wiring harness (Fig. J). This bike has fly-by-wire throttle. Because of this, make sure that when setting the throttle position that the bike is fully warmed up. Also you can not set the OPEN throttle setting in the software unless the RPM is above 3000rpm Harley Touring - PCIII USB - 4

Remove the seat 3 Remove the bolt for the ECM tray and lift the ECM and tray out of the way Loosen the positive cable from the battery and rotate it 90 degrees (Fig. L). Toghten cable in this new position. 5 Plug the male connector from the PCIII into the stock wiring harness. Fig. M Fig. L Remove bolt Unplug the stock wiring harness from the ECM (Fig. K). 6 Position this connection in front of the battery as shown in Fig. M and N Harley Touring - PCIII USB - 5

The tray needs to fit between the battery and the. This is a tight fit so you may need to push forward on the connectors to get the tray to fit 8 Plug the into the stock ECM (Fig. O). 9 Install the PCIII to the frame crossover using the supplied zip tie. Route the zip tie thru the hole in the frame crossover. 10 Using the supplied zip tie, route it under the ECM and secure the PCIII harness in place. 11 Follow steps for the non ABS model. This is for the installation of the Dynojet O2 eliminators. 12 Reinstall the seat. Note: This bike has fly-by-wire throttle. Because of this, make sure that when setting the throttle position that the bike is fully warmed up.
