9 Electric Spreader Controller & Harness Setup 1.) Locate the following items for your kit a. Part # C- In Cab Controller b. Part # Power Cable Assembly c. Part#07232 Motor Control Harness d. Part # Fuse block e. Part # Fuse f. Part # Blue Quick Disconnect g. Part # Red Quick Disconnect h. Part # Green Quick Disconnect 2.) a. Route your power cable and connect the (-) black wire to the battery (-) lead. b. Mount the fuse block and attach the leads to the positive(+) battery terminal. c. Slide the black and red wires with terminals into the plastic housing. It will click once it is seated. Note Black is (-) and Red is (+). Labeled on housing. 3.) Attach your in cab controller in a convenient location to operate. 4.) Attach the small red lead to a (+) keyed ignition power source. 5.) Route the motor control harness and connect the quick disconnects to the spinner and conveyor motors. 6.) Insert the yellow wire with contact into the positive side of the green connector. 7.) Insert the blue wire with contact into the negative side of the green connector. 8.) Insert the green wire with contact into the positive side of the blue connector. 9.) Insert the white wire with contact into the negative side of the blue connector. 10.) Connect all the quick disconnects to the matching quick disconnects from the in cab controller. Your spreader is ready to operate. Refer to operating instructions. (8)

To remove wires, depress the steel tab in housing to release the contact and pull back. (9)
