5 INSTALLATION - SURE THE PUMP IS LOCATED ON A SUITABLE & STABLE MOUNTING. - GROUND/EARTH THE PUMP WITH (9) OR (0), CHECK EARTH IS LESS THAN Ohm. 3 - CONNECT SUITABLE HOSES FOR AIR SUPPLY AND FLUID HOSE TO GUN. - FILL THE LUBRICATION CUP (8) WITH A SUITABLE LUBRICANT (3) SO IT IS VISIBLE IN THE LEVEL SIGHT GLASS. 5 - SURE SUITABLE FILTER MESH (00 MESH, 50 µm STD) IS INSTALLED IN THE FILTER(7). 6 - SURE RETURN HOSE () IF FITTED, IS DIRECTED INTO THE FLUID CONTAINER (5). CLEANING THE PUMP NOTE THE PUMP HAS BE TESTED WITH OIL, WATER OR OTHER MATERIAL. 12 AX00L AIR MOTOR MAINTANCE INSPECTION Daily 6 Month Test OPERATION Check for general air leakage and correct motor operation. Perform a pump stall test to ensure correct operation. Perform a stall test on the pump assembly. If air is escaping through exhaust, check air motor piston seal and QEV piston, replace as required. Replace air piston seal. to 36 Months (Typically 0 million pump cycles, dependent on air quality) Replace motor rod cartridge assembly. Replace poppet assemblies. Inspect and replace if required: Main valve assembly parts. Order a Seal Kit. Order a 5069 Valve repair kit. TROUBLESHOOTING SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY No air supply.
