2 2 Ulti-Roll Frigo 2 Rapid Freezer Door This double curtain rapid freezer door is the big brother of the Ulti-Roll Frigo 1 Door, but with two curtains for enhanced energy saving and efficiencies, rather than just one curtain. The Ulti- Roll Frigo 2 door is not only desirable but an affordable solution to your freezer door requirements. Designed For Freezer Doorways With A Continuous Flow Of Traffic TWO CURTAINS - WHY? The Ulti-Roll Frigo 2 Door is a unique freezer door design, having two curtains that rise together and are driven by one motor. The curtains have a 290mm air pocket between them, in which hot air is emitted, to facilitate effective insulation between the inside and outside temperatures of a room. KNOCKOUT FEATURE If a forklift happens to hit the curtain on its closing cycle, the curtain will rip out of its zips in the side tracks meaning no damage is caused to the curtain whatsoever. Unlike other doors this door has no solid bars that can be bent or broken in the door, so damage is very unlikely. SPEED With an opening speed of up to 1.4m/second, fast cycle times mean the door opens quickly, and remains open for the minimum time required, maximizing productivity, decreasing energy usage, and minimizing the chance of impact damage from forklifts. VERSATILE Due to its compact design it can be incorporated into restricted building designs. Used at exterior/interior door openings. Suits all traffic types PHOTO EYE Door is activated when the infrared light beam is interrupted. Used mostly in interior applications. 4 RADIO CONTROL Door is activated with a handheld or remote-type opener. Used at interior/exterior openings.
