2 COMPANY INTRO The roots of Speedwerx go back to the 80 s and 90 s, when owner Steve Houle was designing and building parts for his own race sleds. His innovative ideas spoke for themselves as he proved to be a dominating force in snowmobile racing, winning many races and multiple world championships along the way. 11 ZR/XF/M 9000 (1100 TURBO) // HOT PRODUCTS ECU MAPPING This is as simple as it gets for adding serious HP to your 9000/1100 Turbo. We have developed our own software that allows us to reprogram the stock ECU and adjust fuel, boost limits, timing, rev limiter and waste gate activation/deactivation RPM. With this software there are no limits to what we can do to unleash the most power from your 1100 Turbo. All of these great features allow us to produce up to 290+ HP with the stock turbo. It also allows us to make up to 240 HP on premium pump gas all while improving the fuel mileage by up to 2 gallons per tank compared to stock. So over time the mapping will pay for itself! ECU boxes that are sent in will be remapped within 1 business day for a fast and speedy turn around. For those that cannot wait, we have core boxes on hand ready to be sent out. ECU mapping is available in 2 different forms. Our single map version where we can put any single map in your box, or our multi map function that allows us to run up to 4 different maps at one time and you can select on the go (real-time) which map you would prefer to run. The PC uses original equipment style connectors, so no splicing or cutting of the harness is required. Most installations take less than 15 minutes, some as little as 5 minutes. Changes are made to the bikes fuel and, in some cases, ignition curves via the PC s onboard microprocessor. We have developed our own software that allows us to reprogram the stock ECU and adjust fuel, boost limits, timing, rev limiter and waste gate activation/deactivation RPM. With this software there are no limits to what we can do to unleash the most power from your 1100 Turbo. All of these great features allow us to produce up to 290+ HP with the stock turbo. The springs and complete clutch kits worked perfectly but the price was hard to swallow due to the steep cost of titanium. To address the cost issue we have come up with a new spring material that we call H5 Alloy. The new H5 Alloy has a lot of the same characteristics as a titanium spring (with the exception of the weight loss) but at a fraction of the cost. We thought that would make it a little easier on our customers. These springs may be new to the consumer market, but we have been running these parts for over 9 years now! Not all kits come with the new H5 Alloy material at this time, but if you want to make sure your kit includes a spring made of the new H5 Alloy all you have to do is request it! Most of our performance clutch kits come with a new H5 Alloy drive spring, a set of our machined weights that feature a black oxide coating to prevent corrosion, one of our compound radius secondary helixes and a new H5 Alloy secondary spring. 22 SNOWMOBILE ATV / UTV AUTOMOTIVE HYPERSHIFT HELIXES // SPEEDWERX HYPERSHIFT HELIXES We offer 3 types of cuts on our helixes, Progressive, Compound Radius and Straight. Progressive angle helixes progressively change from the starting angle to the ending angle down the whole ramp. Compound radius cut helixes are progressive on the first section of the ramp and have a straight angle on the end of the ramp. Our straight helixes maintain the same angle through the entire ramp of the helix. The advantage to the compound radius is that it will typically back shift quicker for snow cross or tight twisty trail riding. The starting angle is always steeper at first for quicker acceleration, then progressively changes to the lesser angle so that the clutches don t over shift and bog down the motor so you retain excellent top speed. We try to keep noise levels to a minimum. Most of our slip-on systems will fall at or below 96 decibels. Carbureted units come with suggested jetting for sea level, summer time riding, if changes are needed. EFI units come with baseline Power Commander or Boondocker fuel controller settings if necessary. However, most systems will require no changes to the stock jetting or EFI mapping. All slip-ons are designed to fit with stock OEM bumpers. Some aftermarket bumpers may affect the sound of the machine. If so we do offer different end caps to route the exhaust outlet more downward so it will not echo off of the bumper. Silencers have a custom aluminum shell with steel cores and packing material. We offer 4 different grams of rollers which will allow you to mix and match so you can come up with several different combinations in overall weight if you are tuning or setting up your own clutching. The other difference in our clutch rollers is the diameter. Our rollers are a smaller diameter than the stock units which opens up the primary clutch more and allows the belt to drop down in the primary clutch farther so you start off in a lower gear ratio, thus, giving you better acceleration, better throttle response, more pulling power and less belt slippage which means longer belt life. Our rollers also come as a complete assy. So you just have to drop them into place and go. There is no pressing, swapping or changing out existing parts with your stock ones to make these work. As a rule, no jet changes are required with just a K&N Filter Element, however the spark plug condition should be checked for proper mixture after the first few miles of riding. If the airbox has been modified for increased air flow, the main jet size will need to be increased to provide the proper fuel mixture. 50 ORDERING POLICY / ORDER FORM ORDERS -- Our average shipping time is less than 3 working hours. All items can be checked for availability at the time you place your order. Your order is printed in our shipping department (If Not On Back Order) immediately after you hang up the phone. Therefore add-on items called in later must be placed on a separate invoice and are subject to additional shipping charges and the below small order fee if under $ DROP SHIPMENTS -- In an emergency, we can drop ship an order to your customer for a fee of $10.00 plus applicable freight charges. PRICES -- A separate Master Price List is provided showing Dealer & Distributor cost, as well as the suggested retail prices. All prices are subject to change without notice. BACKORDERS -- Backorders are shipped on arrival. We will verify any backorder over 30 days old before shipping. SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RE- TURNED. RETURNS -- Return authorization is required. Call us for an RA number, clearly mark the outside of the package with the RA number, include a copy of the invoice and write down the reason for return and return the package freight prepaid. Credit cannot be issued for items purchased 30 days or more prior to return, discontinued items, special order or electrical parts. Returned merchandise must be in original package and in like new condition. A restocking fee will be charged on all returns except items that are determined to be defective or not as ordered. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES -- Items under question of warranty may be replaced or IN SOME CASES returned for house credit. If the problem is fixable it will be fixed and returned to you. Cash refunds are not allowed. We require you to call in for a return authorization for your warranty work. A repair shop must have a retail display of snowmobile or ATV accessories in order to buy anything other than repair parts. To apply for dealership submit request on your business letterhead and enclose a copy of your business license. You must have a business phone number (NOT your residence). We prefer to have a photo of your business showing your business sign. If dealership is a new business, we will require a photo for our files. We reserve the right to refuse selling to anyone we feel does not meet our dealer qualifications. If you are not a legitimate dealer, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND OURS. We reserve the right to requalify dealer status at any time. CREDIT TERMS -- All customers will receive orders on a C.O.D. or Credit Card basis except those who have established an open account with us and they will receive orders under our regular terms.
