DUVI Series of breakers are available in designs suitable for either indoor or outdoor application: Conforms to IEC /200/1 Fully type tested as per latest revision of IEC 12kV Indoor VCB Panel Features These VCBs are roll-on-floor, fully draw-out type, rugged and robust Breaker Panels. Starting from a 650mm width Panel for 12kV, A ka application to a 1200mm width Panel for 6kV, 00A 1.5kA Panel, they are all self contained feeders, complete with CTs, PTs, Relays, Meters, Control & Indication devices fully wired up and ready to use Fully interlocked Breaker chamber door ensures that all VCB operations take place within the enclosed chamber assuring maximum operator safety Available in two operating mechanism options: Motorized spring charged mechanism (or) Magnetic Actuator mechanism. The later guarantees more than 100,000 Mechanical operations This design provides total safety for operating personnel, as all operations, including rack-in and rack-out of VCB Trolley are possible with front doors in closed and securely held condition All mandatory safety interlocks and padlocks are provided Fixed HT side isolating contacts are embedded in seal off epoxy bushings (Spouts), thus providing totally earthed metallic segregation between high voltage compartments within the switchgear panel. Three distinct high voltage compartments, fully Type Tested for internal arc conditions, ensure utmost safety to operators. Drawout VTs provided on rear side of Panel for VT fuse replacement without switching off incomer 6kV Outdoor VCB Kiosk SCADA Compatible design suitable on either IEC or MODBUS protocol

3 Totally compartmentalized design with three distinct high voltage chambers and one low voltage chamber for Relays, Meters, controls & indications Breaker Compartment Bus bar side and Cable side HT Spouts are covered by automatic metallic pad-lockable shutters when Breaker is drawn out. Positive guide rail arrangements ensure proper engagement of VCB Truck and its alignment throughout its travel from Test position to Service position. Bus-bar Compartment Bus-bar Compartment with robust bus-bar support system and adequate air clearances between exposed live parts and steel enclosure parts is an engineering marvel. CT cum- Cable Compartment Spacious CT cum cable compartment with the provision of terminating up to 6 runs x 1 Core x 60sqmm 11kV XLPE power cables. Provision exists for mounting high accuracy low power CTs suitable for operation with numerical relay and multifunction meter for improved protection and high accuracy energy management. Design allows for mounting either ring / window type CT s or wound primary CT s. Current sensor operated VCB protection also offered in lieu of CTs / lower power CTs. Integral Earth Switch duly inter-locked with VCB provided when desirable. PT compartment Draw out voltage transformer compartment, is located on the Panel rear side, at a convenient height, for easy operation. This facilitates VT fuse replacement without the need for shut down. Unique hinged door arrangement disengages PT assembly from live line, when opened. Automatic Shutter assembly covers HT part, assuring total operator safety.
