Caution y Use only a specified capacity bulb for replacement. y Disconnect the negative cable on the battery before replacing the bulb. Remove the ignition key. y Do not apply excessive force to remove the bulb cover. y Make sure that the corresponding switch and the ignition switch are turned off before replacing a bulb. y Do not touch a bulb with bare hands immediately after turning off the. y Do not touch a bulb with bare hands. Fingerprints, dust, or moisture stuck to the bulb may shorten its life or cause it to explode. If you accidentally touch the bulb, wipe the bulb glass with a soft cloth. y Never try to adjust the head aiming angle. It should be done by a qualified technician in a Ssangyong Dealer or Ssangyong Authorized Service Center Lamp

4 REPLACING THE EXTERIOR LAMPS REAR COMBINATION LAMP 111 Remove the ignition key from the key cylinder. 222 Open the tailgate. 333 Disconnect the two mounting bolts from the rear combination. Back-up Stop Turn signal Rear fog light 444 Remove the rear combination from the body. 555 Turn the bulb housing to remove it. 666 Remove the bulb while pushing and turning it. 777 Replace it with a new one. 888 Install in the reverse order of removal. 5 LICENSE PLATE LAMP 111 Remove the ignition key from the key cylinder. 222 To take out the license plate light assembly, remove the two fastening screws on the license plate light and push the assembly downward. 333 Remove the housing by turning the connector. 444 Remove the bulb. 555 Replace it with a new one. 666 Install in the reverse order of removal. 6 REPLACING THE INTERIOR LAMPS Front Room Lamp Center Room and Luggage Room Lamps 111 Remove the ignition key from the key cylinder. 222 Cover the tip of a flat blade screwdriver with a cloth and insert the tip into a cover slot. Then, pry off the cover. 333 Replace the bulb with a new one. 444 Install the cover. 111 Remove the ignition key from the key cylinder. 222 Cover the tip of a flat blade screwdriver with a cloth and insert the tip into a cover slot.
