1 Fastest Piece of Real Estate in Tennessee 2015 SUPER STOCK RULES NOTICE: All equipment is subject to the approval of HRS officials. No equipment will be considered as having been approved by reason of having passed through the inspection process unobserved. Any equipment which does not conform to specifications or tolerances contained in this rulebook or in the appropriate Manuals, will not be eligible for approval. HRS reserves the right to add to and or adjust left side weight when deemed necessary for competition purposes. NOTE: All cars must comply with the rules set forth by the Highland Rim Speedway rule book and reference manuals used in the inspection process. All cars and car parts are subject to HRS technical inspection processes. HRS is not required to follow any other sanctioning bodies or manufacturers guide lines in its inspection process. RULE BOOK DISCLAIMER The rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events. These rules shall govern the condition of all events, and by participating in these events, all participants are deemed to have complied with these rules. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM PUBLICATIONS OF OR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AND OR REGULATIONS. They are intended as a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to a participant, spectator, or official. The race director shall be empowered to permit reasonable and appropriate deviation from any of the specifications herein or impose any further restrictions that in his/her opinion do not alter the minimum acceptable requirements. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERCATION OF SPECIFICATIONS. Any interpretation or deviation of these rules is left to the discretion of the officials. Their decision is final. Section 1: Safety 1.1 Head & Neck Restraint. SFI rated Head and neck restraint/helmet support mandatory. Full Throttle offers a G-Force SFI rated neck support for approx $ Roll Bar Padding. Roll bar padding required on all bars within reach of the driver. Fire Resistant roll bar Padding highly recommended.

2 1.3 Fire Resistant Gloves. Fire resistant gloves mandatory at all times. 1.4 Helmet/Driving Suit. All drivers must have Fire Resistant driving suit with no rips or tears and approved SA2000 or newer helmet. 1.5 Fire Extinguisher. All cars must be equipped with a minimum 2 pound fire extinguisher (fully charged) with working readable gauge mounted securely in car within reach of the driver when belted in car. Must be mounted with quick release type latch. 1.6 Racing Seat. Aluminum racing seat mandatory/full containment seats highly recommended. Seat should be mounted with no less than 8-3/8diameter grade 8 bolts (Four places in the bottom (each corner) and 4 bolts in the back of the seat to a Aluminum seat back bracket that also mounts with 4-3/8diameter Grade 8 Bolts Heavy duty Large OD Flat washers and lock nuts. Any bolt holding your seat should be Grade 8 min 3/8diameter always used with large OD heavy duty flat washers and lock nuts. Bolts should always be located close to the corners of the seat and evenly spaced to distribute the load. Bolt head should always be on the inside of the seat under the cover 1.7 Seat Belts. 4 point belts required. 5 point belts highly recommended. Belt must be minimum 3 inches wide and no more than 5 years old. Seat must be mounted to a seat mount bracket welded to the roll cage. Mount your seat belts to whatever you mount your seat to. Follow your seat belt manufacturers guidelines as to proper seat belt mounting angles etc. Do not bolt through seat belt fabric, use steel piece that comes with seat belt. 1.8 Window Nets. Must have a Quick Release Type Window Net. Window Net MUST release from top front. 1.9 Fuel Cells. Fuel Cell Mandatory. Maximum size 22 gallon. Must be mounted in a 20 gauge steel fuel cell container in a safe and approved manner meaning securely strapped by placing two (2) straps longwise and two (2) straps crosswise around steel container that fuel cell is in and bolting straps to trunk floor. Straps minimum 1/8x 1inch thickness in width. Must be mounted In the center. Must have a fuel cell guard bar made from 1 セ :.083 min. and be 1lower than the fuel cell container. All cells must have a rollover valve Fuel Cell Container. Fuel cell must be in steel fuel cell container surrounded by a 1 x1.065 wall thickness steel tubing frame. Fuel cells must have working rollover valve Fuel Cell Bar fuel cell bar must be installed behind fuel cell and must be 1 lower than fuel cell container Fuel Cell Height. Bottom of fuel cell 20 gage steel container must be a minimum of 8 off ground. Recommended fuel cell height Fuel. Must Run Highland Rim Fuel Fuel Additives. No fuel additives permitted Fuel Line. Fuel line may be run under car, but must be higher than lowest point of the frame and securely attached. Fuel line may be run through car from fuel cell, but must be inside a one piece steel pipe and pipe must extend a minimum of 1 out from front and rear firewalls Drive Shaft Loops. Drive shaft loops required. 2 drive shaft safety loops made of flat steel, ¼ x 2 minimum size) required. Drive shaft loops should be mounted 12 from each end of the drive shaft to prevent drive shaft from falling onto track in case of u-joint failure; and may help prevent drive shaft from coming through floorboard in case of failure White Drive Shafts. All drive shafts must be painted white. 1/8 scatter shield surrounding drive shaft highly recommended.

3 1.18 Quick Release Steering Wheel. Aftermarket quick release steering wheel hubs legal. Must be pinless type. Section 2: Bodies & Interiors 2.1 Identification. All cars in this division must park in designated area and each car must have SS in 4 tall in Bold White letters on top passenger side windshield area. 2.2 Stock Equipment. All stock equipment only for that year model car. 2.3 Rear Wheel Drive & Wheelbase. Rear wheel drive only. Minimum of 108 wheelbase. Max 1 difference from side to side. 2.4 Unapproved Body Styles. No Camaros, Firebirds or Mustangs allowed or 4 Door Cars Approved. May run 2 or 4 door car. No T-top bodies, station wagons. 2.6 Doors and Aftermarket Panels. All stock doors must be welded shut. Aftermarket replacement panels may be welded bolted or riveted using 3/16 rivets and backup washers. 2.7 Bumpers. Stock bumpers must remain in stock location. If running a rubber nose or tail. Standard single tube 1 ¾ x.083 max wall thickness bumper bar may be used to support it. No ramming heavy duty bumpers allowed. 2.8 Windshields. Must remove all side and rear glass and interior. Must leave windshield or replace with 1/8 Lexan / Polycarbonate. No Plexiglas. 2.9 Mirrors. Wink mirrors and wide angle mirrors are legal. Left side mirrors are Legal but must not extend past the door line Lights, Glass & Trim. Must remove headlights, taillights & all side glass. Must remove all hubcaps Interior, Dash & Steering Column. Must remove interior. May remove dash. May run stock steering column or replace it with a 2 pc steel ¾ DOM steel shaft using Universal joint near the middle of the shaft. At least 1 Universal joint MUST be used in the center of the steering shaft area. Must be approved by Competition Director Hood Latch & Deck Lock. Must remove hood latch and replace with three hood pins. Must remove deck lock and replace with two hood pins. Hoods and decks must be held shut with quick release hairpin or lynch pin type fasteners to secure panel Battery Location. Battery may be moved to driver s compartment. Must be securely mounted in place and in an approved sealed & vented container vented to the outside of the car with a hose. Must be approved by Competition Director Heater & AC Core. May remove heater core and air conditioner core, but all holes in firewall must be covered with steel sheet metal minimum 24 gauge Plastic Nose & Bumper Covers. Track approved Plastic Noses and Rear bumper covers are permitted Fiberglass Hoods. Fiberglass Hoods permitted. May run a Center Scooped Hood for added air breather clearance Steel Bodies. All other body parts must be steel Inner Supports. May remove both front inner fenders and inner body support panels. May cut out front fenders not over three (3) inches around tires. May remove hood and deck lid hinges & liners. Must have a minimum of 3 hood pins in front of hood and 1 on each side of the rear of hood Appearance. All Cars must be painted and lettered Firewall & Floor Pan. Stock Firewall and floor pan must remain in stock location. You can box up behind the driver s seat using sheet metal from that bar back to package tray/rear window base. Cutting out floor pan and boxing for added muffler clearance is

4 allowed. Cut only the amount absolutely needed for muffler clearance. The area around muffler must be boxed in using 22 gauge steel Rockers/Side Skirts. Side skirts allowed. Can be no lower than bottom of frame Spoiler. Maximum 6 spoiler height, no wider than the outside top edge of the quarter panels or a maximum of 60 wide 2.23 Body Mounting. Bodies do not have to be on stock mounts but firewall & floor pan must be in stock position Interchanging Bodies. Bodies may be interchanged as long as the make of manufacturer stays the same. GM with GM / Ford with Ford, etc. Example Chevy Caprice can be exchange with Chevy Monte Carlo etc Cut Down Frames. Wheelbase less than 112 will be considered cut down frames / wheelbases. (see weight rule 7.6) 2.26 Body Mounting Location. Bodies may be dropped on the chassis Nose Height. 3 nose height minimum Section 3: Roll Cages 3.1 Roll Cage. Must have a minimum 4 point roll cage with minimum 3 door bars in driver s side 2 in passenger side with diagonal bar behind the driver. All roll cage tubing must be 1 ¾ OD.090 wall thickness. Gussets required in all left door bars 3.2 Cross Bar. Must also have a cross bar behind the driver. 3.3 Top of Cage. Top of roll cage may extend to rear of frame. All cars are allowed front and rear hoop bars and they are highly recommended. 3.4 Additional Bars. Additional bars may be added in driver s area (leg, head and side bars but must be have roll bar padding on any bar around drivers body) Section 4: Battery 4.1 Battery Location. Battery may be moved to driver s compartment behind driver s seat. Must be securely mounted in place and in an Approved sealed & vented container vented to the outside of the car with a hose. Must be approved by Competition Director. 4.2 Emergency Master Shut Off. Must have working emergency cut-off master switch within reach of driver & officials V System. 12 Volt System only. Section 5: Communications 5.1 Radios. Radios are permitted in this division. Section 6: Cooling System 6.1 Antifreeze. No anti-freeze allowed. $100 fine if caught using anti-freeze. 6.2 Radiators. Aftermarket Aluminum radiators are allowed 6.3 Radiator Fan Shroud. All cooling fans must have at least a 180 degree fan shroud covering the top side of the fan down half way of the fan on each side. 6.4 Electric Fans. Electric fans permitted Section 7: Suspension & Weight 7.1 Mounting Points. Modifying of suspension mounting points is NOT allowed in front or rear.

5 7.2 Stock Suspension. Suspension parts must remain stock for that make and model of car. 7.3 Racing Springs. May run racing springs. Stock Diameter only 7.4 Frame Height. Minimum frame height six (6) inches with driver. NOTE: weight boxes welded to frame becomes part of the frame, and will be checked as frame height 7.5 Full Size Car Weight. Minimum 3,400 lbs on all cars with 55.00% left side weight at all times. 7.6 Cut Down Frame Weight. Minimum 3,500 lbs and 54% left side weight at all times. 7.6 Lead. All weight (lead) must be mounted with a minimum of two (2) ½ inch diameter bolts, large fender washers and a locking washer or nut. All weights are to be painted white with the car # painted on each piece. Any driver that looses any lead from his car will be fined $250 payable prior to any further competition. This rule is in effect during race day or practice days. 7.7 Track Right To Adjust Weights. Race track reserves the right to change or adjust weight, and add weight to any car at any time. 7.8 Weight Boxes. Weight boxes permitted. All weight must be mounted either in an approved weight box or to frame or roll cage no lower than frame. ONLY weight in a box is allowed outside frame rail. 7.9 Upper & Lower A-Arms & Perches. All upper and lower a-arm and a-perches must remain in the stock position. No exceptions 7.10 A-Arm Mounting Holes. Moving of mounting holes for lower or upper A-arms NOT allowed 7.11 Sway Bar diameter Maximum OD. Must remain in the stock location with stock mounting hardware with brackets on frame remaining unaltered in other words (FACTORY STOCK). Sway bar can be adjustable on one side only Wedge Bolts. No Wedge bolts. Adjustable buckets are permitted Upper Control Arms. Tubular upper control arms allowed. Must be steel shaft, no aluminum shafts allowed. Must be within 2 inches in length side to side. No adjustable shafts or arms allowed. IMCA Spec Stock Car Upper Control Arms Allowed. Must bolt to stock unaltered perch. Stock upper a-arms are allowed, but must be within 2 in length of each other and can t be altered. Ball joints Must be stock shaft length, NO adjustable ball joints allowed Bushings. Steel upper A-Frame bushings & offset shafts on stock A-Arms are permitted. Ball joints must be stock shaft length, no adjustable ball joints allowed Lower Control Arms, Bushings & Ball Joints. Both lower control arms must remain stock and unaltered. Steel bushings allowed. Both must be the same. Screw in ball joint allowed, Must be stock shaft length, no adjustable ball joints allowed Lower Trailing Arm Length. Lower trailing arms must be stock length both the same, in stock location & non adjustable Upper Trailing Arm Length. Upper trailing arms must be stock length both the same, an in stock location, may be altered for pinion angle but non adjustable Weight Shifting Devices. Absolutely no weight shifting devices of any type permitted Tread Width. Tread Width 65 Center to center of tires at spindle height. 73 from outside to outside of wheel at spindle height Shocks. No air or adjustable shocks 7.21 Shocks. Stock Mount Shocks ONLY. No rebuild-able / re-valve-able shocks including QA1 and Carrera. Shock mount steel bodied Bilstein, Pro, AFCO only are permitted. No Schrader valves or plugs allowed in shocks. No external canisters allowed.

6 7.22 Shock Claim Rule. $50.00 claim rule on any shock. Track reserves the right to claim any shock at any time Tampering With Stock Shocks. No tampering with Stock Shocks. They must be STOCK. Adding Grease to a shock is not permitted. MUST BE BOX STOCK 7.24 Racing & Performance Parts Not Addressed in Rules. All racing/performance parts that have not been addressed are not permitted. Tampering with any Stock component is not allowed Mono Balls. No Mono balls allowed anywhere. Section 8: Spec. Engine 8.1 Factory Production. Must be standard factory production with standard external measurements in all respects. No plastic or Aluminum blocks. 8.2 Engine Mounts. May run solid engine mounts. #1 spark plug may not be any further back than the driver s side stock shock hole on a GM product. 8.3 Engine Size. Ford and Chevy may not exceed 362 cid. Chrysler may not exceed Overbore. Max Overbore of.060 on Chevrolet, Ford and Chrysler 8.5 Pistons. Flat Top symmetrical pistons only. Must be stock configuration with four valve reliefs..230 to top Ring land. Ring land must be either 5/64 5/64 3/16 or may use 1/16 1/16 3/16. Stock Metric ring package allowed. 8.6 Deck Height. Piston may be flush with block (Zero Deck Height) 8.7 Connecting Rods. OEM or Steel connecting rods of stock configuration permitted. I- Beam type. No H-Beam or Aluminum Rods allowed. (Must be magnetic) 8.8 Connecting Rod Size. Rods must match engine size (example: inches on 350 Chevrolet) 8.9 Oil Pan. Seven quart oil pans allowed 8.10 Remote Oil Systems & Filters. No remote oil systems or filters. One stock type oil filter in original location Oil Coolers, Accusumps, Additional Lines. No oil coolers, accusumps or additional oil lines permitted other than line to oil pressure gauge, Must be metal, copper or braided lines. No plastic lines Crankshaft. Standard production crankshaft only. Chevrolet engine stock, stroke 3.480, Ford 3.500, Chrysler Crankshaft. No 180-degree, scalloped, knife-edge crankshafts Stroke. Stroke must be stock stroke within.010 may not be increased or decreased Balancers. Stock type or any S.F.I. approved balancers only. No titanium or aluminum Crankshaft Weight. Fifty-pound (50) minimum weight on all crankshafts, including timing chain gear Heads. The cylinder heads must be completely cast iron, the intake and exhaust ports must be in the original as cast configuration, Stock Heads Only Combustion Chambers. Minimum 62cc combustion chamber cylinder heads Mopar Products. Maximum inch exhaust maximum inch intake valves 8.20 Ford Cleveland. Maximum inch exhaust, maximum inch intake valves 8.21 Ford Windsor. 7 8.26 Alteration of Heads. Altered heads will be confiscated Valves. Stock Appearing, stainless steel replacment valves only. No under cut, or swirl polish allowed Valve Springs. Stock diameter valve spring with steel retainers only. Chevrolet maximum No Beehive valve springs allowed Valve Jobs. 3 angle valve jobs permitted, however no machine or stone marks or blending of angle, past the chamber into the bowl area Rocker Studs. 3/8 or 7/16 Screw in or pinned rocker studs are allowed 8.31 Titanium. No titanium parts. Locks must be magnetic steel 8.32 Hydraulic Camshaft. Hydraulic Camshaft, Maximum Valve lift may not exceed Camshaft Check Procedure. Camshaft lift checked with dial indicator at push rod. Max lift Permitted Cams and Valve Lash. Only hydraulic flat tappet cams and stock hydraulic magnetic lifters permitted. Maximum permitted valve lash is zero Valve Lifters. Stock appearing, stock size valve lifter only 8.36 Solid Lifters. Lifters must be of solid diameter for engine application Unapproved Lifters. No mushroom or roller type or anti pump up lifters permitted Intake. May run stock 2bbl or 4bbl automotive intake, No marine intakes. May run Edelbrock performer #2101, 2104, or Must have Edelbrock and part number embossed in part, on top in plain sight. All must be stock. No look-a-like intakes Porting, Polishing, Cutting & Coating. No porting, polishing, cutting or coating permitted Intake Gasket. On all engines, only one standard flat gasket may be used between the head and the intake manifold. Maximum gasket thickness.177 inch Intake Cooling Kit. Intake manifold ½ water cooling kit permitted Pulling Outside Air. Any attempt to pull outside air in not permitted Rocker Arms. 1.5 ratio stamped steel rocker arms only. No roller rocker arms permitted. Cool nuts permitted Stud Girdles. No Stud girdles permitted Headers. Economy 1 5/8 headers with no steps, allowed with a 3 (3.0 ) collector into a single 3 ½ (3.5 ) pipe that exits under car past driver Two Into One Pipe. Two into one pipe permitted for large muffler (ex. Brezenski / Howe) style only X & H Style Exhaust. No X or H style exhaust pipes permitted 8.48 Clearance Modifications Only. No alterations of any type, except external modifications for clearance purposes only Flexible Pipes. No flexible pipes permitted anywhere or anytime Header Flange. We will permit a 5/16 header flange maximum with no spacer of any kind between the head of flange Exhaust Length. Exhaust pipes cannot extend past rocker panel. Section 9: Open Engine 9.1 Engine Block. Engine block must be cast or steel only. No aluminum engine blocks. 9.2 Cylinder Heads. Cylinder heads must be cast or steel only. No aluminum cylinder heads. 9.3 Intakes. Edelbrock performer #2101, 2104, or 2116 are the only approved intakes allowed. Must have Edelbrock and part number embossed in part, on top in plain sight. All must be stock. No look-a-like intakes.

8 Section 10: Carburetor 10.1 Carburetor. Must run Holley 500 CFM part # 4412 box stock carburetor only. May remove choke flap, may change power valve and jets Box Stock Carburetor. Carburetor must be Box Stock. May remove choke flap and may change power valve and jets. NO CHANGING AIR BLEED HOLES Adapter Plate. Must use aluminum adapter plate with two holes not exceed over and 1 thick in measurements, May be tapered. One paper gasket above and below spacer not to exceed thicknesses Choke Horn. Must not be removed 10.5 Carburetor Boosters. The booster type must not be changed. Size or shape must not be altered. Height and location of the boosters must remain as manufactured. The addition of material will not be permitted. All dimensional aspects must remain as manufactured from Holley Carburetor Venturi. The venturi area must not be altered or reshaped in any manner. The venturi must maintain a circular (round) cross section. The casting ring must not be removed. The location of the venture must remain as produced by manufacturer. Alterations that, in the judgment of Track Officials, were made to allow additional air to be picked up below the opening of the venture such as altered gaskets, base plates, and drilling holes into the carburetor will not be permitted Carburetor Throttle Body. The carburetor throttle body must be used as provided by the manufacturer. The positioning of the throttle bores in the carburetor throttle body must be the same as provided by the manufacturer. The throttle bore must be completely round. The throttle bores must be straight without taper from the top to the bottom. The throttle bores must be perpendicular to the top and the bottom of the carburetor throttle body. The throttle body must not be altered in shape or size. All vacuum holes must be threaded and plugged Throttle Plates (butterflies). Stock Throttle plates (butterflies), for that model carburetor, may not be thinned or tapered. Idle holes may be drilled in butterflies. Screw ends may be cut even with the shafts, but the screw heads must remain standard from as from Holley Throttle Shafts. Shafts must remain stock as manufactured and must not be thinned or cut in any manner Carburetor Metering Blocks. Only Holley metering blocks can be used. Surfacing of the metering blocks for improved gasket seal will be permitted. No HP metering blocks allowed. NO MODIFYING PERMITTED. BOX STOCK Accelerator Pump. Only Holley accelerator pump discharge nozzles are permitted. The retaining screw must not be drilled for a discharge passage Power Valves and Floats. May be changed. Section 11: Open Motor Carburetor 11.1 Permitted Carburetor. Must run Holley 350 CFM part # 7448 box stock carburetor only. May remove choke flap, may change power valve and jets HP Carburetors. No HP carburetors. No HP metering blocks. No air leaks 11.3 Adapter Plate. Must use aluminum adapter plate with two holes not exceed over 1.50 TOP and BOTTOM, No tapering and 1 thick in measurements. One paper gasket not to

9 exceed thicknesses. One paper gasket above and below spacer not to exceed.060 thick. Section 12: Fuel Systems 12.1 Fuel Cells. Racing fuel cells are mandatory, bladder type cells are highly recommended Maximum Fuel Cell Size. Maximum 22-gallon cells with fuel cell roll over valves Loop Bar. Loop bar mandatory behind fuel cell Fuel Cell Location. Fuel cells must be in trunk compartment, equal distance between frame rails and centerline of car Fuel Pump. Stock type mechanical fuel pump only, in stock location. No electric fuel pumps permitted Fuel Reservoir, Pressure Equalizing Systems, Cooling Devices. No additional fuel reservoir, pressure equalizing systems, or fuel cooling devices allowed. Section 13: Air Breather/Boxes 13.1 Air Boxes, Dams & Ducts. No air boxes, no air dams, ram air or duct systems permitted. Only one air cleaner element permitted and all air must pass through the air filter. Paper or reusable filters permitted with no alterations. Section 14: Ignition 14.1 Ignition. Ignition must be stock. HEI only. No MSD pickups or modules. No MSD distributors, boxes or rechips. Section 15: Transmission 15.1 Stock Transmission. Must be Stock automatic transmission with working Torque converter. Lock up convertors permitted Powerglides. No Powerglide transmissions permitted Permitted Transmissions. 200 Metric / 700R4 / 350 Turbo Transmissions are permitted Working Gears. Transmission must have minimum 3 forward and 1 reverse gear in working order. Section 16: Drive Line 16.1 Steel Drive Shaft. One-piece steel drive shafts only. No aluminum or carbon fiber drive shafts allowed White Drive Shaft. Drive shafts must be painted white. Section 17: Rear Axle and Differential 17.1 Permitted Rear End. Must run rear end that came in that car. No 9 Ford Rear Ends permitted Permitted Types. Rear end may be Posi-Traction or welded Aftermarket Axles. Aftermarket axles permitted. Section 18: Brakes Wheel Brakes. All brakes must work. Must have Stock Brake Pedal & Stock type Master Cylinders Calipers. Must have Stock Calipers / Drums 18.3 Brake Function. All 4 brakes must be hooked up and working together. No pinching of

10 brake lines. No shut off valves. Section 19: Mufflers dba. 100 dba will be enforced. The first week dba is not 100 or below; car will start in the rear. The second time dba is not 100 car will not be allowed to race in the event Exhaust Exit. Exhaust must extend past the driver and exit out either side of the car Muffler Clearance. May raise or remove section of the floor pan on right side of car for clearance to install large style mufflers (ex. Brezenski/Howe). Must box or replace floor pan with 22 gauge steel sheet metal only. Section 20: Tires & Wheels 20.1 Permitted Tire. Towel City Retread 15 x 8 Blue DOT 89 compound. All tires must be purchased at the track and have track stamp. No Tire Soaking or Softening. Must meet minimum durometer readings at all time. We will have a HOT durometer reading and a COLD one Wheels. All four wheels must be 15 x 7 or 15 x Aluminum & Alloy Wheels. No aluminum or alloy wheels Wheel Width. Maximum eight (8 ) inch wheel width Aftermarket Wheels. May run aftermarket wheels; offset 3 & 4" offset only Oversized Steel Lugs. 1 OD Oversized steel lugs are recommended on all wheels, and Required on Right Front wheel studs. Also Required on ALL aftermarket racing wheels. Section 21: Protests 21.1 Limits. May protest within 5 positions in front of finishing position. Protesting driver must have run three races prior to protesting Time. Must present completed protest form and protest money to tech official within 10 minutes of car being protested clearing scale pad. Car being protested then has 10 minutes to file and pay to counter protest Top End Protest ($250). Carburetor, Intake, Cylinder Head, Camshaft & Piston Head Configuration Complete Engine Teardown Protest ($550). Top End Protest plus Bore, Stroke, Pistons, Rods & Crankshaft Protest of Transmission ($150.00). Automatic Transmission: Gears, Torque Converter 21.6 Carburetor ($100). Protest Carburetor Only Traction Control ($100). Check for Traction Control 21.8 Protest Rear End ($100). Check Rear End Unapproved Parts. Any car protested, and disqualified for unapproved parts will lose all points and monies for that night. Each additional time car is protested and found to have unapproved parts, fine will increase by $50, as well as loss of all points and monies Protest Fee Retention. Track retains 30% of protest fee, no matter the outcome. Section 22: Points 22.1 Driver Changes. Pit Booth must be notified of driver changes other than registered river in writing before races begin. It does not matter whom else you have told; you must notify the pit booth in writing of a driver change. Failure to do so may result in points being credited to the wrong driver, and may not be changed All Races Count. All races will count towards point total. No dropping of bad races.
